Quantum Criminology: First Knowledge Breakthrough by Crime Science?

Crime scientists have re-badged themselves as natural scientists. However, they made the basic pseudoscientific mistake by way of seeing Crime Opportunity Theory as a cause of crime when they confused a description of crime data for a theory that they think explains that data. Those who wish to to continue believing in ratortunity as a cause of crime might now claim that they have discovered 'Spooky Action at a Closeness', which is reflected in the quantum physics discovery of spooky action at a distance and the apparent phenomenon that the future can affect the past ? Because, seriously, as far as I can see, this remains now the only possible rational explanation open to them for the Routine Activities Theory notion of opportunity (ratortunity) being a cause of crime.
What do Frank Tippler and Stephen Hawking think about this - I wonder?
